Any Jack-It product or accessory does add overall tongue weight. Most travel trailers put 10-15% of their overall weight transitions into their tongue weight. So if a travel trailer is 5,000 lbs, that's 500 lbs of tongue weight. The Jack-It Pro weights 48 pounds and can hold 180 pounds max with certain accessories. 500+48+180=728 lbs of tongue weight. (As an example)

All our cargo carriers come with our rear slide out feature, there is not a swing option.

Except with that height putting on the rainfly will be a pain in the butt even with two people; I would hate to have to do it just by myself. Most lightweight motorcycle towable trailers go up quicker and are around the same price if not cheaper, and they have the benefit of having superior tent material for all season use.

As the largest cargo carrier in the world, it is a premium product. You would be surprised at the amount of work that goes into building and shipping just one of these carriers. If you find another carrier that is comparable in size and function please let us know!

The Sylvansport is more than twice the price, and also heavier, the Let’s Go Aero has more storage

Did you know that the trailer is a kit you build together. 4x4tv has a video that I watched on how to put it together. No welding. A woman could build it.

Some tire brackets have more weight limits others. You do need to check you tires mount weight limits before purchasing the TireBiter.
